Creative Cuisine Institute as its name suggests, is specialized in the Creative Culinary Approach (Deconstruction techniques, Food Designing, and much more) but Also provide the solid French Culinary Bases,
and thanks to Chef Paul, the Institute has specialised in Mediterranean Cooking (including Italian, Provence and catalan cooking), but is also unique for Asian and vegetarian cuisine, Yachts catering, and much more.
In 2020 the institute began to provide part of the courses online for pandemic reasons, the result was a success beyond expectations, the students were getting their certificate at their pace, and most of all, they began a successful career, opening their own restaurant or by catching opportunities in the new gastronomy trends .
