THE CREATIVE CUISINE CULINARY INSTITUTE
The CIOCC is a French Culinary Institute, owned by French Chefs, providing Traditional and Creative Cuisine Courses, by Creative Chefs from France, Italy, Spain, and Asia.
Creative Cuisine is a French Culinary Institute owning culinary schools in Paris France, Marseille Provence, Perpignan Catalonia, Taipei and Penghu Taiwan and Singapore.

Creative Cuisine Institute as its name suggests, is specialized in the Creative Culinary Approach (Deconstruction techniques, Food Designing, and much more) but Also provide the solid French Culinary Bases, and thanks to Chef Paul, the Institute has specialized in Mediterranean Cooking (including Italian, Provence and catalan cooking), Asian, Vegetarian, Yachts catering, and much more.

In 2019 the institute began to provide part of the courses online for more convenience, the result was a success beyond expectations, the students were getting their certificate at their pace, and most of all, they began a successful career, opening their own restaurant or by catching opportunities in the new gastronomy trends .
with the success of the students taking our online courses and the international demand, we decided to open more courses available online (available from January 2021 or sooner)

- In 2020 it was recognized as a benchmark institution for the creative cuisine training
- CCCI is member of the French Council of Culinary Education (board of FCCE)
and approved and certified by Certiclass (trusted websites organization)
